infinitSpace lands Munich debut with BHRE partnership

NEWS / 07 SEPTEMBER 2026

Flexible office operator, infinitSpace, is making moves in Munich, with a new Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate (BHRE) partnership set to bring the firm's offering to the city for the first time. Here’s everything you need to know…

Opening this October at Kaufingerstraße 15, the new hub will mark infinitSpace’s first location in Munich and its third across Germany.

Set within the city’s historic centre, the workspace will offer approximately 160 memberships, bringing infinitSpace’s hospitality-led flex model to one of the district’s most prominent addresses.

For infinitSpace, the deal marks another step in the growth of its wider network, as the operator continues to partner with landlords to transform buildings into flexible, service-led workplace destinations.

The firm said each new opening also strengthens its existing platform, giving members greater choice across markets while extending the reach of its property partnerships.

Wybo Wijnbergen, Chief Executive Officer at infinitSpace, commented: “For me, this partnership is about much more than opening another workspace. It demonstrates what can be achieved when a forward-looking property owner and a specialist workspace operator share the same ambition: to create buildings that offer flexibility, service, community and a genuinely outstanding experience for the people using them.”

He added: “Every new location also makes the entire infinitSpace network stronger. It gives our members more places to work and connect, helps us support companies across markets and creates greater value for every property partner already connected to our platform.”
