Runway East’s three-site surge

NEWS / 26 AUGUST 2026

Flexible office operator, Runway East, has kicked off its latest expansion push with serious momentum, having opened three new sites with an impressive 70% average occupancy secured before launch. Here’s the full rundown…

The fresh additions have landed in Covent Garden, Tottenham Court Road and Bristol’s Queen Square, with more than 1,000 desks snapped up across the trio before opening day.

These new sites mark a major milestone for the independent operator as it strengthens its presence across Central London, whilst also pushing further afield into regional areas of the UK.

And, the expansion isn’t showing signs of slowing. A further opening at St Paul’s is next on the operator’s agenda, with the fourth location already secured and set to welcome occupiers this November.

Natasha Guerra, Founder and CEO at Runway East, said: "In a market this competitive, quality and service win - and the numbers prove it. Filling three new sites to 70% before we open the doors tells you everything about the demand for well-run space."

She added: "We've spent more than a decade refining our proposition and building one of the strongest sales and marketing engines in the flex industry. Opening three sites at these occupancy levels is exactly what that engine delivers - filling well-run workspace in the right locations before we even open the doors."

The openings build on a busy year for Runway East, as the operator continues to scale through considered expansion and continued investment in the member experience.
