Oneder adds Minories to its London line-up

Fresh from unveiling The SO in Bankside, Oneder has brought Minories - Aldgate to market, with fully managed workspace for teams of 20 to 300 people. From whole floors to more flexible setups, there’s plenty of room to make it your own. Here’s what we know so far…

Set in EC3, Minories currently has space available across seven floors. Businesses can take a whole floor or opt for a smaller setup, with the space arranged around the size and needs of their team.

And there’s already interest. According to Oneder, tours were already being booked before 9am on the day Minories hit the market. The fully furnished, customisable spaces range from 1,680 to around 9,500 sq ft, with options spanning smaller suites and whole floors.

The announcement comes just days after Oneder revealed The SO, its 40,000 sq ft Bankside project with Java Capital. Set across three restored buildings on Southwark Street, that workspace is due to open in January 2027.

With Minories now live and Oneder teasing another announcement, the operator’s run of new London addresses may not be over yet.
