IWG lands 7,500 sq ft Stratford-upon-Avon hub

NEWS / 04 SEPTEMBER 2026

Flexible workspace giant, International Workplace Group (IWG), is bolstering its regional expansion, having snapped up its latest hub in Stratford-upon-Avon. Set to operate under the Regus brand, the new 7,500 sq ft workspace will land at Arden Court, marking a further step in the firm’s growing West Midlands footprint.

Opening in mid-October, this latest site will bring a fresh host of private offices, meeting rooms, coworking and recreational space to the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon.

Ranging everything from established firms to growing start-ups, the new Regus location will cater to businesses across professional services, technology, digital, property and construction. And, occupiers can put their own stamp on the space with IWG’s Design Your Own Office service - tailoring it to suit their needs.

Just a short walk from Stratford-upon-Avon’s historic town centre, Arden Court puts occupiers within easy reach of the action, while adding another well-connected location to IWG’s regional network. The opening comes as the operator looks to keep pace with rising demand for high-quality flexible workspace across the area.

The new opening also lands amid a major period of growth for IWG. After posting its highest-ever revenue, cash flow and earnings growth, the group signed a record 728 new locations globally in the first half of 2026 alone - taking its network to more than 6,000 signed sites across 120+ countries.

And much of that expansion is being driven by IWG’s capital-light approach. Some 95% of those new locations are being delivered through managed partnership agreements, allowing the operator to grow its footprint without taking on traditional leases.

Arden Court follows the same model, with the building’s owners partnering with IWG as they look to tap into growing demand for hybrid working and generate stronger returns from the space.

Christian Schmitz, CEO at IWG, said: “Stratford-upon-Avon is an excellent fit for our continued expansion in the West Midlands, strengthening the Regus network in an established market and increasing access to high-quality flexible workspace across the region."

He continued: "As demand continues to grow for more flexible workspace solutions, we are well positioned to support businesses with greater choice, efficiency and access to high-quality workspaces through this latest opening. Our capital-light partnership model enables us to expand quickly while creating value for property owners and investors, allowing us to bring flexible workspace closer to where people live and work.”

Thomas Abuaita, Managing Director of AB Office Ltd, added: “We’re proud to be bringing the Regus brand to Stratford-upon-Avon, our 4th centre opening with IWG. Arden Court is a modern building with lots of natural light and on-site car parking, just a five-minute walk from the train station and five minutes from the centre of town, surrounded by a great mix of businesses, cafes, shops, and restaurants."

“The building is undergoing a complete internal transformation, including a brand-new air conditioning throughout and will offer over 150 workspaces alongside a state-of-the-art business club lounge. We’re looking forward to giving the Stratford community a brilliant place to work from the 12th of October onwards”, he said.
