Making Moves ramps up flex push with new appointment
NEWS / 07 SEPTEMBER 2026
Occupier advisory firm, Making Moves, has made a major addition to its leadership team, appointing former Cushman & Wakefield Partner, Amy Taylor, to its board as Executive Director. Here’s the full rundown…
Taylor joins Making Moves following almost a decade at Cushman & Wakefield, where she most recently served as International Partner and Head of Flexible Office Advisory for the UK.
Before joining Cushman, Taylor held roles at DeVono and Regus, building up extensive experience across the flexible workspace and wider office markets.
Now, she’s bringing that expertise to Making Moves at a pivotal point in the firm’s growth. As Executive Director, Taylor will focus heavily on the company’s expanding flex proposition, helping to strengthen its position across the London office market while supporting plans to take the business further into international markets.
And the timing is significant. With occupier requirements continuing to shift and flex playing an increasingly important role within wider property strategies, Taylor sees plenty of opportunity ahead.
“The flex sector continues to evolve, and businesses are increasingly looking for real estate strategies that combine agility, operational efficiency, and long-term portfolio thinking across both local and international markets,” said Taylor.
She continued: “Making Moves is already exceptionally well-positioned in this space, and I’m looking forward to helping further develop the offering and support this next phase of growth.”
