Techspace makes it nine with latest London location

Flexible office operator, Techspace, is bolstering its presence across the Capital, having announced the opening of its ninth co-working location at DIALS, just moments from Liverpool Street in the heart of Central London. Here’s the full rundown…

The British-German operator is set to bring its latest location to the ground and lower-ground floors of the Liverpool Street site. Operating under its new Chiswell Street address, Techspace will bring its signature flex offering to the building, spanning private offices, meeting and conference space, alongside a dedicated events set-up.

And it won’t just be Techspace members getting in on the action. The operator will also take the reins of the building’s Café Lounge, creating a shared social hub for occupiers across DIALS.

Techspace’s arrival comes amid a much bigger shake-up at the site. Spanning roughly 13,000 sq m, J.P Morgan’s former London headquarters was acquired by Greycoat in partnership with Goldman Sachs in 2023, with the duo now carrying out a comprehensive refurbishment of the building.

The transformation is set to bring plenty more to the occupier experience too. Alongside natural light from all sides, DIALS will boast a communal rooftop terrace, gym, multi-purpose space and a full suite of end-of-trip facilities.

For Techspace, the move is another step in a growth story built firmly around the tech sector. Founded to provide workspace for scaling technology companies, its network will now span seven locations across London and two in Berlin - combining private offices with coworking, meeting rooms and event venues.

In Berlin, US artificial intelligence company Databricks has used its flexible workspace while growing its local operation - part of a wider approach that has seen the company establish teams through flex in new European markets before graduating into dedicated headquarters once headcount demands it.

With another London location now joining the line-up, Techspace is continuing to position itself right at the intersection of two rapidly evolving worlds: flex and tech.
