Situated moments from Victoria Station, the new site has been designed around the rhythm of modern working - balancing quieter focused areas with collaborative spaces that bring teams together more naturally throughout the day.

Inside, the workspace will feature more than 30 private offices, alongside 8 light-filled meeting rooms and thoughtfully designed breakout spaces, with 16 private phone booths and collaborative zones woven throughout.

Wellness has also been carefully considered, with occupiers benefitting from bike storage, showers and an on-site gym, helping support a more balanced working day from start to finish.

Sustainability credentials sit high on the agenda too, with the building targeting both BREEAM Excellent and WELL pre-certification - reflecting the growing demand for workplaces that place equal focus on people and performance.

Situated within one of the capital’s best-connected districts, the launch further bolsters Work.Life’s London footprint, landing within a neighbourhood that continues to attract businesses looking for stronger connectivity, amenity-rich surroundings and a more elevated workplace experience.
