Boutique Workplace Co lands 25,000 sq ft
at Milton Keynes’ Pinnacle

NEWS / 2 NOV 2026

The Boutique Workplace Company is expanding in Milton Keynes with The Exchange - a 25,000 sq ft flexible workspace opening at The Pinnacle in January 2027. Taking over the ground and first floors with 50 office suites, up to 400 desks and a coworking lounge, the operator is going from one floor of the building to three. Here's a first look…

Both floors are being refurbished ahead of the opening. Inside there will be 50 office suites sized for teams of two to 35, five meeting rooms, a coworking lounge and a mix of formal and informal collaboration spaces. Kitchens sit throughout serving barista-style coffee, and many of the suites look out over The Pinnacle's urban courtyard, with its planting and seating areas.

Milton Keynes is having a moment. Research from LSH puts average South East office market growth at 4.0% for 2026, but has Milton Keynes leading the region at 17% - more than double the 8% forecast for high performers like Oxford and Brighton.

Daniel Wheble, CEO of The Boutique Workplace Company, on the gap he sees at the top of the Milton Keynes market: "For many years, Milton Keynes has been on our radar, as a fast-growing and dynamic city. And whilst there are many serviced office operators already in the city, our belief is that there is a void in the more premium end, where amenities and a rich hospitality experience are a point of difference. We're looking forward to bringing the best of Boutique to Milton Keynes and integrating into the city's business networks. Our first step is to partner with MK Dons FC as their Official Workplace Partner and sponsors of their Executive Club."

Will Kinnear of HEWN, representing the owner, reckons the letting sets the building apart: "The Pinnacle has been repositioned to provide over 78,000 sq.ft. of best in class workspace, the addition of The Boutique Workplace Company sets the building apart in the Milton Keynes market. Their product and customer experience offers occupiers of all sizes a unique offering."

Sitting a seven-minute walk from Milton Keynes Central, The Pinnacle offers direct rail into London Euston, with on-site parking and food and beverage in the building.

The move is the latest step in Boutique's push beyond central London, following Birmingham, Glasgow, Richmond, Kingston, Ealing and Cheltenham. Live availability is on the operator's new site at boutique.co.
