Strettons launches new
flexible office offering

NEWS / 01 JUNE 2026

Multi-disciplinary property consultancy, Strettons, has officially announced the launch of Strettons Select, a managed office solution designed to assist landlords in operating their properties as flexible workspaces.

Led by Strettons' director, Tom Schwier, Strettons Select is designed to give property owners greater control over occupier relationships through a direct landlord-tenant leasing model, whilst tapping into rising demand for adaptable, modern workspace.

The offering has already launched across two locations, with one scheme delivered at 1-3 Sun Street in the City, and the other, achieving the building's strongest passing rent, on the fourth floor of Shoreditch's 33 Great Sutton Street.

Stretton’s new solution emerges amid continued change across London’s property market, as occupier appetite for efficient, work-ready, flexible office space is intensifying. At the same time, landlords are seeking smarter ways to modernise assets and respond to changing workplace expectations, whilst retaining closer control over tenant relationships.

The move positions Strettons to support those landlords navigating changing occupier expectations, by combining agency and property management expertise to deliver sustainable, premium workspace. The aim is to attract more tenants, boost asset performance, and offer brokers a more commercially efficient route to market.

The firm has appointed Nick Jones as head of flexible workspace at Strettons Select. Working alongside the wider team, Jones will help occupiers navigate leased, serviced, and managed offices, giving them access to a broad spread of workspace options across the market.

Before joining Strettons, Jones ran his own established advisory platform - Egerton Jones, led flexible office activity at a City commercial property firm and held a senior operator role in the managed workspace sector.

Having advised a wide range of occupiers - from embryonic businesses to NHS trusts and private-equity-backed firms, Jones joins Strettons, bringing with him over a decade of experience in the London office market.
