Orega hits the ground running
at Citypoint Tower

NEWS / 15 JUNE 2026

Flexible office operator, Orega, has opened its doors at Citypoint with five occupiers already on board, proving an early vote of confidence in the provider's latest London location at Brookfield’s landmark tower.

The 23,252 sq ft centre spans Citypoint's fifth-floor podium and comprises 35 private offices designed for teams of 5 to 31 people. Orega has wasted little time filling them, with five occupiers already signed up for six offices.

The first wave of tenants includes Fusion Consulting Group, Bluepeak Search and Consulting, Neruda Capital and executive search firm Edward Drummond & Co, reflecting demand from professional and specialist firms for flexible space in the Square Mile.

The launch marks the latest milestone in an ambitious growth drive for Orega. The operator has opened or expanded at nine UK locations in the past two and a half years, adding sites in London, Birmingham, Newcastle and Leeds as it continues to scale its national platform.

Its latest moves include the new centre at Brookfield’s Citypoint itself, and an expansion at 20 Old Bailey - backing its view that demand for flexible workspace is holding steady despite wider uncertainty in the office market.

Looking ahead, the group is targeting steady expansion of four to five new sites a year, with a focus on London, the UK’s other “Big Five” cities, and selected regional markets, as it looks to extend its footprint further across the country.
