Kitt’s tech takes on Finsbury House

NEWS / 15 SEPTEMBER 2026

Leading London office specialist, Kitt, is taking its tech to the next level with the launch of a new AI-driven operations platform. Designed to cut costs, speed up maintenance and raise the bar for how offices are run, its first major rollout is already taking shape at Finsbury House. Here’s everything you need to know…

At the heart of the move is a new partnership with Eatos Group, which will see Kitt take the reins at 23 Finsbury Circus, where the London-based real estate investment and asset management firm looks to reposition the City building.

A dedicated onsite hospitality team will round out the offering, bringing a hands-on, hospitality-led approach to the day-to-day occupier experience.

Eatos Group acquired Finsbury House for £9.5 million on a 155-year lease in April 2026, with ambitions to turn the property into a best-in-class London workspace. And Kitt’s new tech will play a major role in that transformation.

Combining this latest solution with the operator’s in-house operational expertise, the platform is targeting a 15% reduction in service-charge costs while slashing issue resolution times by nearly 90% - taking the industry average of nineteen days down to just two.

Steve Coulson, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Kitt, said: "Kitt's new building operations platform is a game changer for landlords, managing agents and occupiers. We've shown how managed models can drive rental growth and asset performance, and with building experience now critical for every occupier, our building operations platform can help landlords get more from their buildings whatever their leasing strategy.”

He continued: “A landlord can still contract with occupiers through a traditional lease while we layer the managed experience on top - preserving value and the transparent, valuation-friendly structure the investment market prefers. For occupiers, it's simply a better product: an all-inclusive experience, with the flexibility to add services without the cost and complexity of managing them. Hospitality has always been in Kitt's DNA, and with Finsbury House that's exactly what we're bringing to running an entire building."

Ofer Luzon, Managing Director at Eatos Real Estate Group, added: "We're delighted to be working with Kitt to operate and reposition Finsbury Circus, with a focus on delivering an elevated experience for our occupiers, improving retention and enhancing the overall value of the asset. We're excited to be refurbishing the building to deliver approximately 27,000 sq ft of hospitality-led office space in the heart of the City."
