IWG Taps Kensington for
Healthcare Push

NEWS / 26 MAY 2026

Global flexible office operator, International Workplace Group (IWG), is accelerating it’s push into health-focused workspaces with an expansion at South Kensington Estates’ 1-5 Cromwell Place. Here’s everything you need to know…

Operating under their Humanly brand, this London launch marks the provider's second UK healthcare opening, following it’s debut earlier this year at Dockside Chatham Maritime in Kent.

Targeting growing appetite amongst practitioners in the healthcare and wellbeing industry, the concept delivers flexible, treatment-ready space for services spanning therapy, fitness, beauty and rehabilitation.

Specifically, Humanly will continue to provide clinical-grade equipment, professional cleaning and maintenance, as well as admin and call handling - enabling practitioners to tap into the agility and perks commonly associated with the modern flexible office market.

Set across 45,000 sq ft, the workspace will occupy five restored Grade II-listed townhouses reimagined by Jackson Coles, as a mix of offices, galleries, event space and private viewing rooms.

Commenting on the expansion, IWG founder and Chief Executive Mark Dixon shared: “By enabling practitioners to work closer to the communities they serve, in spaces that are ready from day one, we help people integrate care and wellbeing into their everyday lives more conveniently.”

He added: “By removing upfront investment and long-term commitments, healthcare and wellbeing professionals in London gain the freedom to build sustainable, profitable practices on their own terms. This allows them to focus on delivering exceptional care, reach more people and grow with confidence.”
