Helical bags another tenant at The Bower
NEWS / 16 JUL 2026
Helical has turned up the volume at The Bower, securing leading global music company, Audio Network, for the entire 9,572 sq ft twelfth floor of The Tower at its Old Street development.
Audio Network is set to make the move this November after signing an 11-year lease for the newly enhanced fitted workspace, with a tenant break option at year six. The agreement was struck in line with the building's March 2026 estimated rental value (ERV).
Matthew Bonning-Snook, Chief Executive Officer at Helical, said: “We look forward to welcoming Audio Network to The Bower, where it will join our community of thriving businesses. The strong leasing momentum we have experienced over the past year at the campus reflects the ongoing appeal of Old Street and the ‘Silicon Roundabout’, the historic heart of London’s tech community.”
Robb Smith, Chief Executive Officer at Audio Network, added: “We are excited to be moving to The Bower later this year. The space provides an exceptional environment that supports both creativity and collaboration, while the building’s outstanding amenities and connectivity make it an ideal location for our team. We look forward to continuing our growth from this fantastic base in London.”
JLL and Compton acted on behalf of Helical, with Devono representing Audio Network. The deal pushes occupancy at The Bower to 96.6%, as the global music company - renowned for creating and licensing music for broadcasters, brands and filmmakers - prepares to make the move later this year.
