GPE seals four managed
workspace deals in Soho

NEWS / 23 JULY 2026

Demand continues to build at 16 Dufour's Place, where London office giant, GPE, has secured four new managed workspace deals, pushing the refurbished Soho scheme to 71% let. Here's the full rundown...

The latest wave of lettings has tipped the site even closer to full occupancy. Spanning 9,312 sq ft, the deals will generate £2.38m in annual rent at £256 per sq ft - 1.1% ahead of the March 2026 ERV. Just two floors now remain, as occupiers continue to snap up space at the West End building.

These new signings come on the back of a significant upgrade to the building's shared amenities, as GPE continues to invest in hospitality-led workplaces. The revamped ground floor now features a larger 20-person boardroom, stylish breakout spaces, a members' lounge, a self-serve coffee bar and enhanced outdoor areas, creating a more collaborative environment for its occupiers.

David Korman, Head of Flex Leasing at GPE, commented: “The pace of leasing at Dufour’s Place demonstrates the strength of demand for our Fully Managed offer in prime locations. Customers are looking for high quality workspace, excellent amenities and flexible terms, and 16 Dufour’s Place is delivering exactly that.”
