Cushman & Wakefield appoints new Head of London Flex

Cushman & Wakefield is ramping up its flex focus in the Capital, having announced the appointment of Arron Browne as its new Head of Flexible Offices London. Here’s the full rundown…

Joining from WeWork International, where he served as Director of Business Development across EMEA and APAC, Browne arrives with a broad background spanning both flexible and commercial real estate. Previous roles have taken him across business development, operations and asset management, including stints at Flux HQ, KAIZEN Asset Management Services and a private family office.

Stepping into the role, this latest move will see Browne take the reins of Cushman & Wakefield’s Flexible Offices business, working across occupiers, landlords and operators to grow the firm’s offering across the UK, while helping clients embed flexible space more strategically into their wider workplace plans.

Arron Browne, Head of Flexible Offices London at Cushman & Wakefield, said: "Flexible workspace has historically been viewed as an add-on to tenant representation advisory, but today it is an integral part of occupier strategy. Landlords recognise the value and benefits that flex solutions bring to their portfolios."

James Meikle, Head of London Occupier Representation at Cushman & Wakefield, added: “Arron brings significant experience across the flexible workspace and wider real estate sectors, alongside a strong track record of building client relationships and driving business growth."

And Browne isn’t the only new name joining the ranks. His appointment comes amid a wider hiring push at Cushman & Wakefield, with Jonathan O’Regan recently named Head of West End Capital Markets, Richard Mass joining the same team as Partner and Rory Paton set to come on board as Co-head of City Leasing before the end of 2026.

Together, the hires signal continued investment across the firm’s London office business, with flex firmly part of that focus.
