Co-Space doubles down on regional
growth with Harlow and Watford signings

NEWS / 13 MAY 2026

Flexible office operator, Co-Space, has sealed two new location deals in Harlow and Watford, marking its third and fourth local authority partnerships as its expansion drive gathers pace. Here’s everything you need to know…

The operator is making moves across Hertfordshire and Essex, snapping up a sizable 19,500 sq ft at Harlow’s Market House and a further 15,000 sq ft inside Watford’s historic Town Hall building, as part of the town’s regeneration revamp.

Under a 15-year deal, Co-Space is set to take over Market House as Harlow Council pushes ahead with a £23.7m transformation of Market Square into a new hotspot for business, leisure and hospitality.

Meanwhile, in Watford, Co-Space is set to play a key role in the town’s 10-year Hall Quarter overhaul, a major regeneration drive transforming the town centre into a multi-faceted hub for culture, modern living, health and innovation.

William Stokes, CEO and co-founder of Co-Space, said: “We thrive on supporting local businesses, and partnering with forward-thinking local authorities is exactly what we want to do, and do more of.”

“These projects in both Harlow and Watford show what’s possible when the public and private sectors work together creatively. We’re not just delivering workspace, we’re helping shape places where businesses, communities and local economies can grow and thrive.”

Co-Space’s new developments will start from £350 a month plus VAT, with business rates, utilities and service charges all rolled into the price.
