Set to launch this July, the building sits just moments from Holborn Station and will offer fully managed private office suites designed for teams of 12 up to 130 people.

With Canvas now managing every floor, having taken over from flex operator, infinitSpace, Kingsbourne House has been reimagined to provide businesses with a premium, flexible workspace solution in one of London's most sought-after commercial districts.

The new offering boasts an extensive range of amenities, including multiple meeting rooms, fully equipped kitchens, phone booths, an on-site gym, rooftop terrace, coffee shop, dog-friendly spaces and 24/7 access.

The launch marks the flexible office operator's third Holborn location, with Kingsbourne House now welcoming prospective occupiers for tours ahead of its opening this summer.
