Bywater strikes flex deal with infinitSpace
for Vauxhall's Paradise scheme

Bywater is bringing flexible workspace to Paradise, partnering with infinitSpace to launch its new 'beyond Paradise' concept at the Vauxhall scheme. Here’s the full rundown…

Launching across three floors of the mass timber scheme on Old Paradise Street, the workspace will be rolled out in phases, bringing a mix of private offices, enterprise suites and coworking space to the South London destination.

Designed with hospitality at its core, beyond Paradise will feature high-spec meeting rooms, breakout areas, event space, an on-site gym, barista coffee and a dedicated app for members, alongside a curated programme of wellbeing initiatives and community events, all brought together through a fit-out by Thirdway.

Dan Mead, Head of Asset Management at Bywater, said: “Paradise SE11 was always designed to do more than perform on paper. beyond Paradise brings that to life with a workspace offer that reflects the quality and values of the building, and that will help activate the neighbourhood and attract the kind of occupiers this building was built for. We’re delighted to be working with infinitSpace to deliver it.”

For infinitSpace, the partnership marks another addition to its growing portfolio of design-led flexible workspaces.

The remaining space at Paradise continues to be marketed on traditional lease terms through Knight Frank, Ingleby Trice and Cushman & Wakefield.
