UK’s The Rowe for London HQ

London real estate giant, Frasers Property UK, has added another major occupier to The Rowe, with global beauty brand, Avon, signing for 15,234 sq ft of fitted workspace at its Whitechapel scheme. Here’s everything you need to know…

The move marks another significant milestone in The Rowe's leasing journey, as Avon follows US digital media and internet company, Ziff Davis, in choosing the Whitechapel development as its London base.

The scheme is set to become Avon's sole Capital address, uniting its London teams in a space designed for modern ways of working. With excellent transport links and a prime central address, The Rowe provides the ideal setting for Avon's next London chapter.

With names like Avon and Ziff Davis now on board, the site is fast becoming one of Whitechapel's most sought after office addresses. Developed by Frasers Property UK, the 165,500 sq ft scheme combines design-led workspace with a hospitality-first experience that goes far beyond the traditional office.

Spanning 12 floors, it offers flexible suites from 6,000 sq ft to 94,188 sq ft, alongside an 8,408 sq ft rooftop terrace, a 12th-floor bar, private terraces on every floor, a café and a curated collection of world-renowned artwork.
