Arora checks into flex with new workspace brand

NEWS / 14 SEPTEMBER 2026

Arora Group is adding a new string to its bow. Best known as a major hotel and property giant, the privately owned firm is making its first move into flex with the launch of Arora Works. Here’s the full rundown...

This latest concept will see the group bring its hospitality-led approach into the workspace world, with a two-site rollout already taking shape across the Capital. The new brand will make its debut at the Metro Building in Hammersmith, with Arora Works taking over three floors of the West London property.

And there’s already more in the pipeline. Early next year, the concept will land at Heathrow, with a second site opening within the World Business Centre.

The offer is deliberately broad, built to flex around everyone from fast-growing start-ups and remote regional teams to global businesses looking for a London satellite base.

Occupiers will have two ways to work: fully customisable private offices for businesses wanting a space of their own, alongside shared communal workspace for those after something a little more plug-and-play.

Sanjay Arora, CEO of Arora Group, said: “The traditional boundaries between work, travel and hospitality have permanently dissolved. With Arora Works, we are unlocking the incredible potential of our property portfolio to deliver a business workspace experience structured around hospitality principles.”

He added: “Our occupiers will not just rent a desk or an office; they will gain access to a premium ecosystem characterised by top-tier service, seamless connectivity, and absolute flexibility. For example, Arora Works Heathrow puts you within minutes of checking in to Heathrow’s terminals, a godsend for those flying in and out of the city.”
