Fora is doubling down on Southbank, securing a major 46,332 sq ft operation at one of the capital’s most recognisable riverside addresses. The deal will see Fora bring its signature blend of workspace, hospitality and wellness to the Grade II-listed destination, occupying a 38,332 sq ft office lease alongside a remarkable 6,000 sq ft of shared amenity space.

Beyond the workspace itself, occupiers can expect a significantly enhanced amenity offering. A gym, Pilates studio and treatment room will place wellbeing firmly at the heart of the experience, while a new tenant lounge, café and programme of community-focused events are set to inject an additional layer of energy into the building.

Occupying a prime Thames-side position adjacent to the National Theatre, the 300,000 sq ft landmark combines architectural heritage with contemporary workplace design, sustainability and exceptional connectivity.

Toby Ogden, President of Fora, said: " We actively target buildings and partnerships where we can add real value. We look for design, character, and commitment to improving the workplace experience for all. At 76 Southbank, we’ll build on what’s already an exceptional asset, bringing wellness, shared amenities and a genuine professional community into day‑to‑day work.”

Originally designed by Sir Denys Lasdun and transformed by AHMM, the landmark building is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and a 5-Star NABERS rating, while offering 50,000 sq ft of landscaped terraces, panoramic river views and best-in-class workplace amenities.

Kevin Darvishi, Head of Leasing at Stanhope commented: “Fora’s decision to select 76 Southbank marks another significant milestone for the building and further reinforces its position as one of London’s most compelling new workplace destinations. Their arrival will bring a dynamic hospitality-led workspace offer to the ground floor, supported by high-quality amenities and wellness facilities that will benefit the wider occupier community.”

Chris Lewis, Managing Director, International Accounts, Europe, at LaSalle Investment Management said: “76 Southbank’s central location provides a natural pull for occupants seeking convenience and connectivity. Recent refurbishments, conducted sensitively with best-in-class sustainability standards, also offer high quality workplace amenities that blend inspiring spaces for collaboration with breakaway areas for personal focus and mindful wellbeing."

He added: "Building on the recent leasing activity with the likes of LEGO and PayPal, we look forward to welcoming the next generation of small businesses via Fora, as well as more large enterprise through the property’s last remaining vacancy.”
