Flex and The City Awards Night 2026: Three years in,
and flex has never looked better

FEATURES / 16 OCTOBER 2026

The entire industry descended on Ministry of Sound as the Flex and The City Awards returned for its third edition - bringing the sector together for the most anticipated night in the flex calendar. Catch up on the night’s biggest moments below…

From operators and landlords to brokers and agents, the SE1 nightspot was packed with flex’s finest, out in force to celebrate a standout year.

After a debut at The Underglobe and a sell-out return to Ministry last year, 2026 went louder and later than ever. A line-up of food trucks fuelled guests well into the evening, while crêpe and waffle carts saw to anyone with a sweet tooth. The open bar flowed throughout, while Ministry's resident DJ, joined by live saxophone and vocals, carried the room long after the final award had been collected.

Sponsored by Topaz, Kitt and NORNORM, the evening honoured excellence across 13 categories - and as ever, nominations were opened to the entire industry, with thousands of you putting forward your peers. Every winner on the night was chosen by the sector itself.

And this year's results spoke volumes. GPE left with two of the evening's biggest accolades, Office Freedom closed the night with a double of its own, and names such as Knotel, Clockwise and MYO proved there is plenty of room at the top table.
