ZURU, Unboxed:
Inside the global giant's London HQ

10-4 Pentonville Road - a fit out delivered in collaboration with Peldon Rose

FEATURES / 27 OCTOBER 2026

On the northern edge of Central London, global giant ZURU’s London HQ showcases the collaboration between its in-house design team and Peldon Rose’s design and build specialists.

Drawing inspiration from New Zealand's distinctive landscapes, the 60,000 sq ft Pentonville scheme offers a refreshing escape from the pace of the Capital, bringing contemporary workspace and nature-infused design together under one roof. Step inside…

From street-level to sanctuary

From the outset, soft architectural forms, warm wooden touches and biophilic planting cultivate an atmosphere of retreat, creating an arrival experience that eases visitors from the outside bustle into the calm of the building.

Just off of reception sits the Mayvn Café, a warm, hospitality-led social hub - where fluted timber frames a collection of relaxed breakout zones and cosy nooks, catering to everything from informal working to casual catch-ups.

Beyond, the experience spills out into a beautifully landscaped front garden, where contemporary outdoor furnishing and overhead canopies combine to create a peaceful setting for moments of respite throughout the day.

Redefining the core

Standing in the centre of the building’s elegant marble-accented reception is Peldon Rose's statement staircase - a fixture that forms both a visual and physical spine of the space.

Descending into the lower ground floor, the impact of this intervention becomes immediately apparent. Once a constrained area, the building's base has been flooded with daylight and reimagined as a vibrant members' lounge.

Here, warm oak joinery and an earthy material palette reinforce the calm, nature-inspired design language woven throughout, whilst an expansive screen display creates a natural focal point for presentations, events and occupier engagement.

Together, the Ground and Lower Ground Floors have been thoughtfully zoned to accommodate every style of working. Whether it’s a dedicated desk for the day, a high-spec meeting room or a sleek setting for your next event, each space has been designed to flex around the needs of its occupiers.

A client-tailored space

Above, on the third floor, the palette shifts to reflect the client’s identity. Whilst maintaining the organic ethos established on the lower levels, Peldon Rose introduces a wave of vibrancy synonymous with the occupier's branding.

Bold crimson accents, pendant lighting and carefully plotted planting inject personality into the workspace, shaping an environment that feels distinctly ZURU, yet simultaneously connected to the building's wider design narrative.

Complete with collaborative booths, a generous kitchenette and a series of informal breakout areas, the upper floor stands as a testament to Peldon Rose's considered approach to balancing brand expression with timeless workplace design.

One to watch

With Peldon Rose at the helm and in close partnership with Zuru, 10-4 Pentonville Road balances architectural character, bespoke detailing and a material language that exudes both timelessness and unmistakable modernity.

From its welcoming arrival experience through to its thoughtfully connected environments, the project embodies Peldon Rose's people-first approach - placing the client’s identity at its core and tailoring every detail to create a workplace that feels distinctly their own.
