WeWork unveils new 'WeWork Go' concept
with on-the-go pods

NEWS / 20 APRIL 2026

Global flex operator, WeWork has joined forces with acoustic pod specialists, Bureau, to launch WeWork Go - taking the success of the phone and meeting booth boom beyond the confines of flexible workspace environments. The operator’s latest venture will deliver the use of premium, distraction-free, private workspaces in a variety of high-traffic locations such as airports, hotel lobbies and convention centres. Here’s everything you need to know.

WeWork Go boasts three versatile models; an independent, single-user format designed for focused work, a collaborative space suited for up to four people, and an ADA-compliant unit built for universal accessibility.

Working hand-in-hand with Bureau, WeWork has built each pod to a premium specification: combining seamlessly high-speed connectivity with advanced sound insulation, ensuring uninterrupted productivity.

Thoughtfully considered lighting, ergonomic seating and refined finishes shape a comfortable environment, whilst the pod’s responsibly sourced materials reflect WeWork’s commitment to sustainability.

Ebbie Wisecarver, the operator’s Chief Design and Product Officer, reiterates: “We approached the concept with the goal of capturing the essence of a WeWork workspace in a single, sleek and premium pod. Every element, from acoustics and lighting to materials and comfort, was intentionally designed to deliver the higher-quality, focused experience WeWork is renowned for.”

Speaking on the collaboration, WeWork's CEO, John Santora, explains: “The workday is no longer static; it doesn't start and end at a desk. It happens in a busy terminal, between flights to your regional office; when you need to host a client meeting while attending a 1,000 person conference; or when you're on the go and have to take a call in a busy hotel lobby.”

He adds: “With WeWork go, we're bringing the quality, privacy, and experience of a WeWork office to the locations where and when people need it most. It's a powerful extension of our platform and another bold step toward delivering real estate solutions designed for the way the world works today.”

In true WeWork fashion, the product boasts a flexible pricing model: varying by location, session length and pod type. The experience is designed to be intuitive and on-demand, allowing professionals - including those new to WeWork - to reserve a pod in seconds via the WeWork Go app.
