Qube set to open largest
London location in Shoreditch
NEWS / 18 AUG 2026
Creative workspace operator Qube is expanding its London footprint with the launch of its biggest location to date: a 34,000 sq ft hub in the heart of Shoreditch. Set across the former Vice headquarters at 32–38 Scutton Street, the new opening will mark Qube’s fifth London location, joining existing sites in Acton, Canary Wharf, Elephant & Castle and Hackney Wick.
Officially opening its doors on 1st October, Qube Shoreditch has been designed as far more than a conventional coworking space. Instead, the operator is bringing its signature ‘clubhouse for creatives’ concept to East London, combining workspace, content creation and community under one roof.
And demand appears to be building ahead of launch, with Qube confirming that 40% of the building’s private offices are already occupied. Founded by Amin Hamzianpour and Nicholas Sonuga, Qube was born from the pair’s experience working out of a basement recording studio and a shared ambition to create spaces better equipped for the modern creative economy.
Today, the operator has grown to a community of more than 1,000 members across its five London locations, with the likes of Lewis Capaldi, Tems, Ellie Goulding and James Hype among the artists and creators to have worked or recorded within its spaces.
Speaking on the Shoreditch launch, CEO and co-founder Amin Hamzianpour said the new location reflects how dramatically the needs of creators have evolved, with many now operating established businesses complete with teams, clients and growing revenues.
Bringing the tools, workspace and connections needed to support that growth into a single destination, Shoreditch represents Qube’s most ambitious expression of the concept yet. With its largest location now preparing to open in one of London’s most established creative districts, Qube’s latest move signals another significant step in the operator’s ongoing expansion across the Capital.
