Landmark Space hits refresh with
Elementa Workspace launch
NEWS / 09 JULY 2026
One of the UK’s longest-standing flexible office operators is entering a new era. Shedding its former skin, Landmark Space has officially rebranded as Elementa Workspace, a move underpinned by the firm's renewed focus towards a holistic, empirical approach to workplace design. Beneath the new identity lies a broader ambition: to create a tangible impact for the people who use its spaces. Here's everything you need to know...
After months of whispers across the sector, Elementa Workspace has made its debut. Due to unfold over the remainder of 2026 and into 2027, all 30 buildings operating under either Landmark, or its sister brand, The Space, will be transitioning to the new and improved Elementa Workspace identity. The rollout has been kickstarted with the launch of the operator's new website, elementaworkspace.com, now live.
According to the operator, the new name derives from its focus towards the smaller details, or ‘elements’ that act to influence the occupier experience. Bringing these elements together are four foundational principles - performance, progress, partnership and people - under the banner of what Elementa describes as 'Science at Work'.
And it's not just the name that's changing. Landmark's flagship buildings - including 125 Old Broad Street, 110 Bishopsgate, 75 Grosvenor Street and Wogan House - will all be brought under the Elementa Workspace banner, with its social media and communication channels following suit.
Ed Cowell, Chief Executive Officer at Elementa Workspace, commented: “For over 25 years we have known we are different to the rest of the industry, but now our brand reflects the difference we make.”
He elaborated: “The flex office space industry is not about flex office space at all; it’s about the positive, measurable impact we have on our customers’ business performance and the people who drive it. Elementa runs workplaces as a system - designed around how people work, operated to consistent standards, and continuously improved through evidence. We call this Science at Work.”
As we continue to transition into an age of hybrid working, wellbeing-led workplaces and evolving occupier expectations, Elementa aims to set itself apart by creating spaces that are constantly measured, optimised and refined.
Powering Elementa’s approach is Catalyst, a real-time feedback platform that captures occupier sentiment on an ongoing basis, with every response reviewed and addressed within 48 hours.
Henry Horsfall, Chief People and Operations Officer at Elementa, notes: “We analyse responses to identify trends across the wider client base, so issues are addressed early rather than waiting for them to surface. Together with our customised journey mapping platform, through which we measure the client experience across more than 150 touchpoints, Catalyst is how Science at Work translates from philosophy into daily practice.”
Meanwhile, the strategy is already taking shape at Elementa's newest location, 1 Great St Helen's. Spanning 52,000 sq ft across 12 floors, the building will be the first to launch under the Elementa name, bringing the operator's science-led approach to life through carefully considered workplace design.
Features of the site include acoustic and audio privacy standards integrated throughout the building's design, a dedicated conferencing floor, on-site gym and studio facilities, and a productivity-focused library.
And, the results speak for themselves. Elementa reports client retention rates of more than 80%, alongside an independently verified Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +63 - a figure that has improved every year for the past decade and is recognised by Bain & Company as being among the highest for customer advocacy.
Tom Sleigh, Property Director at Elementa, said: “A place you work is very different to a place you work better. That is what Elementa and ‘Science at Work’ is all about, and where 1 Great St Helen’s will set new standards.”
Kate Cox, Chief Revenue Officer, added: “AI and technological transformation have accelerated the pace of evolution among the British SME community. It’s essential that these progressive businesses have access to an infrastructure that is capable not just of keeping up with the pace of change but catalysing it, and this is where Elementa leads the conversation.”
