Valve appoints Paul Swift as first Head of Customer Success amid next growth phase

NEWS / 12 SEPTEMBER 2025

Valve has appointed seasoned workspace and SaaS leader Paul Swift as its first Head of Customer Success, marking a pivotal step in the company’s evolution as a global flexible workspace marketing system. Here’s everything you need to know.

Since its launch in 2020, Valve has facilitated over £11 billion in RFP value, carving out its position as the marketing engine for the flexible workspace sector. Bringing Paul onboard signals more than expansion - it’s a swift move toward deeper connections and a more partner-focused future for the industry.

Paul arrives with over two decades of experience at the intersection of workspace and SaaS, having held senior roles at Desana, The Instant Group and International Workplace Group. His track record spans everything from launching new buildings and shaping technology solutions to building sales teams, customer success functions and partner networks.

“It’s a privilege to have worked with so many people across this industry and to understand the challenges that Agents, Operators and Landlords face,” Paul said. “What excites me about Valve is the clarity it brings - and I’m committed to making sure every partner feels supported and gets the full benefit.”

Valve CEO and founder Nick Roveta welcomed the appointment: “Paul knows how to make this market work better for everyone. His addition represents not just experience, but impact.”

Alongside Paul's arrival, newbie Archie Skok has joined Valve as Customer Success Executive. Archie, who previously worked at Acorn Property Invest, brings strong skills in property marketing, data and technology, and will work closely with Paul and the wider customer success team.

With its new additions to the business, Valve isn’t just scaling - it’s shaping the standard for how the market will be supported and powered moving forward.
