Urban W taps Yardi Kube to power its next
chapter at 93 Gloucester Place

NEWS / 18 DECEMBER 2025

Urban W Ltd, the boutique operator behind 93 Gloucester Place’s restored Georgian townhouses is doubling down on its tech, appointing Yardi Kube Space Management as its new operational backbone.

The decision reflects Urban W’s push to streamline the member experience while stripping out the manual processes and fragmented systems that often slow operators as they scale. After assessing the market, the team cherry-picked Yardi Kube - a platform renowned for its flexibility, depth and ability to grow alongside businesses, whether operating single sites or multi-site portfolios.

In digitising the entire operational journey, the platform will now act as the operator’s central system of record, bringing everything from enquiries, memberships, licences, billing, Direct Debit setup, meeting room bookings and reporting under one roof.

For the team at 93 Gloucester Place, the shift replaces spreadsheet-driven tasks with real-time visibility across the building, cutting down admin and freeing up time to focus on delivering a warm, premium, hospitality-led member experience.

Urban W will also roll out Yardi’s online payment tool, giving members a smoother, self-serve way to view, manage and settle payments. For the operator, this means fewer manual chasers and a quicker revenue cycle.

Nada Vuletic, General Manager at Urban W Ltd shares: “By moving all our key processes into an all-in-one platform, we gain real-time insight without the manual admin - helping us work more efficiently and enhance the member experience with greater speed and clarity.”

“Urban W Ltd’s adoption of Yardi’s space management platform shows how powerful a unified platform can be for operators of any scale,” said Justin Harley, senior director at Yardi. “With Yardi’s intuitive solution, Urban W Ltd can streamline operations, improve transparency and deliver a modern, technology-enabled workspace at 93 Gloucester Place.”

The move reflects a sector-wide shift toward stronger back-office foundations. And for an operator built on heritage and hospitality, Urban W is following suit - upgrading the engine behind the scenes so the member experience can thrive.
