Techspace deepens roots
in Midtown with new St Andrew Street hub
NEWS / 24 JULY 2025

Techspace, the workspace provider for growth-focused tech and creative companies, has announced the upcoming launch of its seventh London location - a thoughtfully reimagined 20,000 sq ft building nestled between Chancery Lane and Farringdon. Here’s everything to know about the new workspace slated to launch this November.
Marking its seventh London site, St Andrew St places Techspace right at the heart of the city’s fast-growing innovation corridor - just minutes from two key transport links, and perfectly positioned for tech and creative teams looking to scale in one of London’s most connected postcodes.
Following the momentum of its Goswell Road flagship (now home to the London AI Hub and a fast-growing ecosystem of AI and climate-tech ventures) the new site is a continuation of the flex operator’s carefully paced expansion across the capital.
“With Goswell Road, we saw first-hand how the right space, in the right location, can be a catalyst for scaling teams,” said Jonathan Bevan, CEO at Techspace. “This next site builds on that success — giving ambitious companies the environment they need to perform, connect, and grow.”

Techspace St Andrew St spans six light-filled floors, offering private office suites for teams of 8 to 32, alongside a carefully curated mix of shared amenities: a ground-floor café-bar, wellbeing room, meeting suite, and a rooftop terrace with views across Farringdon. Meanwhile, a top-floor, self-contained penthouse with its own private terrace provides a more discreet option for teams seeking autonomy without compromise.
As with its previous sites, sustainability sits at the heart of the build. In partnership with the landlord, Techspace has reimagined the building from the inside out - delivering a full strip-out and fit-out that prioritises reuse, efficiency, and long-term performance.

From repurposing original materials to phasing out gas systems entirely, every element has been approached with intent. The result: a jump from EPC E to B, a lower-carbon footprint, and a workspace designed for the future.
With its considered design, prime location, and low-impact credentials, St Andrew St is set to serve as a springboard for the next generation of innovators. Pre-letting is now underway, with doors opening this November.
