Take a Tour: Storey, 1 Triton Square
FEATURES / 24 NOVEMBER 2025
Few places in London capture the city’s creative heartbeat like Regent’s Place - a 13-acre campus pulsing with culture, energy and innovation. It’s here that Storey has opened 1 Triton Square, and it might just be its most impressive addition yet. Come and Take a Tour with us of Storey’s latest 26,000 sq ft addition to London’s Knowledge Quarter.
Featuring a whopping 11,000 sq ft of shared amenity space, expansive atrium and Regent’s Place campus on your doorstep, it’s clear - 1 Triton Square sets a new benchmark for connected workspace in the capital.
A Campus with Purpose
Step beyond the floorplate and the wider Regent’s Place campus unfolds - British Land’s flagship mixed-use destination, a self-contained ecosystem in the heart of the City.
Home to global occupiers, independent cafés, and a thriving programme of public art and events, the campus captures the best of modern London - sustainability, wellbeing, and connection woven into every detail.
Outside, the pedestrian-first plaza spills with life. From food trucks and pop-ups to open-air hangouts, there’s an energy that flows from morning meetings to after-work drinks. A short walk away, Regent’s Park offers a dose of calm among the chaos, while gyms, cycling facilities and even a climbing wall put wellbeing front and centre.
It’s this dynamic environment that grants Storey at One Triton Square its edge - the ability to plug into an overwhelming wider community without leaving the doorstep.
Add to that six Underground lines and two mainline stations within a short walk, and you’ve got one of London’s best-connected work destinations.
Inside Storey
Step inside and you’re greeted by a soaring double-height reception - a light-filled entrance that sets the tone for the entire building. Up on the first floor, Storey unfolds across 26,000 sq ft of design-led workspace, featuring self-contained suites starting from 1,700 sq ft. Each one - purpose-built for teams of 20 and beyond, complete with their very own private meeting room/s and tea point.
The design comes alive at the atrium - a 5,000 sq ft social hub that forms the building’s heartbeat, and doubles up as an event space for 250 people. Wrapped around it, a sculptural staircase climbs through the space – a ribbon of greenery connecting each level.
Across the floorplate, Storey has carved out an 11,000 sq ft sanctuary of shared amenity space. Think sleek breakout zones, 10 meeting rooms, 8 phone booths, and plenty of corners to plug in or switch off.
Above it all
For moments above the buzz, members can escape to the Triton Lounge & Terrace on Level 6 - a private club-style space with skyline views and a private setting for catch-ups and golden-hour events.
As part of the broader Storey network, members also unlock access to Storey Club at 100 Liverpool Street and 4 Kingdom Street, Paddington - extending their workspace experience across London.
A Defining Addition to the Estate
Storey’s arrival at One Triton Square cements British Land’s position at the forefront of modern workspace thinking: flexible, design-led, and deeply people-centric.
Together with Royal London Asset Management, British Land has transformed One Triton Square into a world-class sustainable destination - and one of London’s most dynaic science and innovation hubs. For anyone looking for their next HQ, this is one to have on the radar.
