Runway East locks in first deal of the year
at Corinthian House

NEWS / 7 JANUARY 2026

Runway East is kicking off 2026 with a 15-year deal agreed with K&K Properties. The operator will take circa 22,000 sq ft at Corinthian House, landing a prime corner spot directly opposite Centre Point on Tottenham Court Road. Here's everything you need to know...

The Grade II listed building is a former department store dating back to 1929, designed by Harry Wilson, chief architect for Burton’s. A corner-site landmark - and one that places Runway East in what is arguably the most connected location in the capital.

Inside, the space will be reworked into a classic Runway East offering - built for growing teams of two to 30 people, with 20+ meeting rooms and phone booths, plus an expansive roof terrace overlooking the West End.

For founder Natasha Guerra, the deal signals a confident start to the year - and a clear statement of intent.

“Corinthian House is an iconic building opposite Centre Point in Tottenham Court Road, just seconds from the entrance to the West End’s best connected tube station and the Elizabeth Line – it will be the most central flexible workspace in London. We’re starting 2026 on the right foot, it is a sign of things to come for us as we continue to grow across London and the UK."

279 Tottenham Court Road also reflects a shift in how the operator is shaping its product. “We’re evolving our product in anticipation of changing occupier demand, Guerra added. “sub-1,000 sq ft offices with their own meeting rooms - a segment which is currently under served, but we believe is the next growth area within the industry.”

The deal marks the second long-term agreement between the landlord and Runway East in quick succession, following a 15-year deal in Covent Garden signed just months ago.

“Demand for flexible offices in London is growing – recent research shows us it will take up 20% of the office market by 2030". said Kino Law of K&K Properties. "To sign a second 15-year agreement with Runway East just months after our Covent Garden deal is a testament to the strength of this partnership and the operator’s market performance. Runway East’s track record, and shared passion for innovation in the office sector, are why we’re excited to welcome them into this landmark building.”
