Runway East hits 100,000 sq ft milestone in
the West End with Covent Garden site

Runway East has officially planted its flag in the heart of Covent Garden - securing a 26,500 sq ft site at Endeavour House that propels the brand beyond 100,000 sq ft across its Midtown and West End portfolio.

Slated to open in April 2026, Runway East Covent Garden will feature private offices for teams of 4-40, complemented by a flagship style ground-floor member lounge and a suite of "pitch-ready" meeting rooms. The operator, advised by Compton, has signed a 15-year agreement, marking its longest commitment to date in the capital.

Natasha Guerra, Founder and CEO of Runway East shares, “The West End is famous for its theatrical smash runs - and we’re looking forward to a 15-year hit at Endeavour House. With our Soho, Wardour Street and Bloomsbury sites full, we’re immensely pleased to build our presence in the West End and Midtown areas”. 

Guerra adds, the concept was born directly from member feedback: “Feedback from our customer surveys has underscored the importance of premium meeting rooms for clients - a need we think is unfulfilled in this area, where professional services and marketing firms really value the experience from our tech-rich spaces”.

Since launching in 2014, Runway East has carved out a reputation as one of the UK’s most forward-thinking workspace operators - a home base for growth-focused teams and household names alike, including Deliveroo, Octopus Energy, Deloitte and Canva.

Now spanning 14 locations nationwide across London, Birmingham, Bristol, Brighton and Bath, Runway East’s latest opening signals another confident step in its measured, long-term expansion - and a major milestone in its West End story.
