goes all in on Yardi

Oxford Innovation Space is levelling up its tech stack, cherry-picking Yardi to power operations across its nationwide portfolio of innovation centres and flexible workspaces.

The operator, which runs a national portfolio of 30 innovation centres and flexible workspaces, will deploy a fully integrated suite of Yardi Systems Inc. solutions to bring finance, operations, facilities and customer experience onto a single, connected platform.

At the heart of the rollout sits Yardi Kube Space Management Pro and the Yardi Kube Member App, bringing everything from workspace bookings and customer engagement to billing and reporting under one roof. Alongside this, Yardi Voyager, Procure to Pay, Facility Manager and Fixed Assets will connect finance and operations end to end - replacing fragmented workflows with real-time visibility across the portfolio.

For the team behind the scenes, the shift unlocks live KPIs, integrated dashboards and audit-ready reporting via Yardi Data Connect, with direct integration into Microsoft Power BI. The result: cleaner data, faster decision-making and a clearer view of performance across the estate.

The rollout of the new platform is already underway and is scheduled to go live across Oxford Innovation Space’s locations throughout 2026.
