Oneder makes West London debut with
new White City hub

NEWS / 02 FEBRUARY 2026

West London is gaining a new flex heavyweight. Fast-growing operator Oneder has announced its latest opening: a 30,000 sq ft new workspace dubbed Kindling, landing at White City Place this April. Here’s everything you need to know…

Taking the entire ground floor of the MediaWorks building, Kindling marks Oneder’s first foray west – and a confident one at that. The space is already 20% pre-let ahead of launch, signalling strong early demand.

Designed to support everyone from solo founders to 150-person teams, Kindling will feature a mix of private offices, coworking spots and hot desks with meeting rooms, phone booths, collaborative work zones and an expansive event space.

Beyond the workspace itself, Kindling leans into the signature Oneder offering with a strong hospitality layer running through the space. Think on-site baristas, freshly made coffee, fully stocked kitchens, a dedicated community team, and a curated programme of events that taps into the building’s social rhythm.

Kindling joins a fast-evolving ecosystem at White City Place, home to researchers, creatives, tech giants and scale-ups, all orbiting the wider innovation district. With neighbours including Imperial College London and Scale Space, the location offers Oneder members a front-row seat to one of the capital’s most future-focused clusters.

The thinking behind Kindling reflects a broader belief that workspace should do more than simply function. As founder and CEO, David Kaiser puts it, “we believe workspaces should be more than a desk offering a space and place where people want to work, not have to work.”

He adds, “With bustling buildings in Shoreditch, London Fields, Hoxton and Kings Cross we’re delighted to be opening our first space for West Londoners to enjoy. Kindling will be a space where sparks of creativity and collaboration can grow into something meaningful and impactful, providing an environment for high growth companies to reach new heights.”

The project is being delivered in partnership with Stanhope PLC, on behalf of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, who own the wider estate - a collaboration Kaiser describes as a strong alignment of values, missions and long-term ambition.

Claire Dawe, Head of Asset Management at Stanhope, reiterates: “Oneder’s growth story and values align with our vision for White City Place. Their focus on people and long-term business success is exactly what we’re trying to foster at White City Place, making them a natural fit for MediaWorks".

For Oneder, the opening is another clear marker of momentum. Launched in 2023, the operator is now on its sixth site, with more than 200,000 sq ft across London and a community of 2,000+ members spanning tech, creative and SME businesses. With King’s Cross opening soon - White City pushes the brand into new territory, geographically and strategically.
