The wait is finally over - Landsec's flex arm, MYO has officially opened the doors to its flagship King’s Cross workspace, celebrating just days ago with over 125 brokers and agents at a buzzing launch event. Here's a reminder of what to expect...

Spanning 80,000 sq ft across two interconnected buildings, with an additional 30,000 sq ft of amenities and a 13,000 sq ft heritage event space, MYO King’s Cross is the operator’s most ambitious project to date. 

Thoughtfully designed by award-winning SODA Studio, the workspace blends Grade II listed character with cutting-edge design, offering everything from rooftop terraces and biophilic touches to a private members’ gym, studio and wellness rooms.

On launch day, the MYO and Kontor teams led more than 80 tours (clocking up over 200,000 steps!) and welcomed brokers of all shapes and sizes with signature MYO Martinis. The energy in the building matched the scale of the project - a space designed to set new standards in wellbeing, sustainability and flexibility.

With private offices for teams of 12 up to 200 desks, extensive meeting and lounge spaces, and unbeatable connectivity just steps from King’s Cross Station and Coal Drops Yard, MYO King’s Cross is set to become a destination for businesses seeking premium, future-ready workspace.
