Mindspace to debut flex hub
inside Hilton Berlin
NEWS / 8 DECEMBER 2025
Mindspace is stepping into new territory - and it’s a big one. The global flex-operator has announced plans for its first-ever hotel-integrated workspace, landing inside the Hilton Berlin on the iconic Gendarmenmarkt. It’s a move that blends hospitality with high-spec flex in a way the German capital hasn’t seen before.
Slated to open in early 2026, the new hub will anchor the ground floor of the hotel, spanning 1,100 sq m and offering 170 workstations across private offices, breakout zones and fully kitted out meeting rooms. In classic Mindspace fashion, the fit-out is set to be design-led, service-rich and community-focused.
The real step-change lies in the hybrid model - a blend of hotel comfort and flexible workspace under one roof. Members will be able to work, train, unwind and reset without ever stepping outside. Beyond the workspace itself, the offer is hospitality-grade. Think top-tier fitness facilities, spa access, an array of restaurant options and bedrooms just a lift ride away.
For corporates, SMEs and independents alike, the concept gifts teams the ability to base themselves in one of Berlin’s most prestigious squares, within a hotel as established and renowned as the Hilton. For Mindspace, the Hilton launch deepens its footprint in the city, bringing the operator to eight locations in Berlin and 14 across Germany, alongside its wider global portfolio spanning Europe and the US.
Co-founder and CEO Dan Zakai says: “Our members can expect a holistic concept here, where they will be able to experience work, fitness, relaxation and enjoyment under one roof in the future.”
The operator's hotel-integrated hub signals a bold next step - and a clear indication of where the flex sector is heading: integrated, experience-led and built around how people actually want to work. To stay up to date on Mindspace's activity, be sure to subscribe.
