new finance lead

The South-East’s leading flexible workspace operator Mantle Space has snapped up Matthew Palmes as its new Finance Controller, strengthening its books and bringing serious real estate know-how to the team.

With more than six years at Redevco under his belt, rising from Business Controller to Financial Controller, Palmes knows how to steer growth with precision. Landing hot on the heels of Alexandra Livesey joining as Fractional Managing Director, he now steps in alongside CFO Kay Chaplin to refine Mantle’s financial strategy, as the brand accelerates its mission to deliver premium flex space across the South East.

Diving headfirst into a business firing on all cylinders, Palmes brings real estate experience and sharp financial instincts to keep Mantle nimble, ambitious, and ahead of the flex curve.
