as new Property Director

The UK-based flex operator has appointed Tom Sleigh as its new Property Director, bringing nearly two decades of experience in reimagining how businesses use space. With 37 locations across the UK, Landmark Space has built a reputation for adaptable, wellness-driven, people-focused workspaces. Now, the arrival of Tom Sleigh reinforces the company’s commitment to creating environments that put people at the heart of design.
Tom joins Landmark following a standout career at Colliers, where he led the Flexible Workplace Consultancy and SmartFlex team for the EMEA region. Over nineteen years in the sector, he has guided both occupiers and landlords on innovative workspace strategies, user experience, and sustainability initiatives. His portfolio includes projects for major investors such as Brookfield, Oxford Properties, BGO, Shaftesbury, and Santander, delivering flexible workspace solutions in partnership with top-tier operators.
In his new role as Property Director, Tom will spearhead property strategy, overseeing acquisitions, partnerships, and developments that expand Landmark Space’s footprint while elevating the quality and adaptability of its workspaces.
