infinitSpace makes transatlantic leap
as North America sites unveiled

NEWS / 3 SEPTEMBER 2025

infinitSpace is officially crossing the Atlantic. The Amsterdam-born operator has announced its first foray into North America - marking the group’s debut outside Europe with four new workspaces landing across the US and Canada, alongside a heavyweight appointment to lead the charge.

The announcement follows a rapid-fire run of launches. beyond Fox Court in Holborn - the operator’s largest site to date - was unveiled just weeks ago alongside beyond Chausseestraße in Berlin, while earlier this year saw the dual debut of beyond Gouden Bocht in Amsterdam and beyond Quartier Heidestrasse in Berlin. With 11 locations already in play - infinitSpace has doubled in size since the start of 2024, creating workspace for over 6,500 members.

Now, the operator has set its sights west. Four new openings are locked in over the next 18 months - with San Francisco and Austin launching in Q4 this year, followed by New York and Toronto at the start of 2026.

Spearheading this new chapter is Andrea Pirrotti-Dranchak, stepping in as Head of Real Estate for the Americas. With a 25+ year career spanning 65 countries - and leadership stints at Regus, Office Evolution, NewFlex and Expansive - Andrea brings serious firepower to infinitSpace’s US push.

“Andrea is an absolute force in the flex industry, and we’re thrilled to welcome her to infinitSpace,” said CEO Wybo Wijnbergen. “As we enter a new phase of international growth, with four incredible locations already in the pipeline across the US and Canada, her leadership could not come at a better time.”

Andrea added: “infinitSpace is creating flexible workspaces that inspire people, build community, and fuel ambition. The calibre of landlords they partner with speaks for itself, with a footprint in major cities including London, Amsterdam, and Berlin. I’m proud to join this exceptional team and committed to ensuring our North American launch has a lasting impact.”

Backed by landlord partnerships with the likes of Nuveen, Brookfield, Marathonfund and Patrizia, infinitSpace has carved out a strong European footprint. Now, with Andrea leading the US strategy and four landmark sites on the horizon, the operator isn’t just scaling – it’s stepping firmly onto the global stage.
