Fox Court takeover

Future-forward flex operator InfinitSpace has announced its most ambitious project to date - a 103,000 sq ft management agreement at Fox Court, Holborn. This milestone marks the operator’s largest site globally, and its fourth in London under its premium "beyond" brand. Slated to open this August 2025, the nine-floor marvel will deliver a state-of-the-art flexible workspace experience just steps from Chancery Lane station. Once live, beyond Fox Court will offer 1,700 workstations, curated communal areas, and a tranquil outdoor garden space - all brought to life through a high-spec refurbishment that captures Beyond’s hallmark aesthetic and finish.

The deal sees veyond take over the site from current flex operator NewFlex, marking another strategic move in the brand’s UK expansion. For the Amsterdam-based operator, this flagship London site signals a bold step forward in InfinitSpace’s growth journey, as it doubles down on partnerships with institutional landlords to deliver scalable flex solutions.

Now with its second location in Holborn, InfinitSpace is cementing its position as a serious player in the capital’s flex space ecosystem. Globally, the group operates ten sites, including in Amsterdam, Berlin, and the UAE - all part of a growing portfolio built on strong landlord alignment and a white-label model that keeps ownership firmly in the landlord’s hands.
