infinitSpace announces second Berlin site
in partnership with PATRIZIA

NEWS / 11 JUNE 2025

Fresh off its Berlin debut with February’s beyond Quartier Heidestrasse opening, premium flex operator infinitSpace is already doubling down in the German capital. The brand has joined forces with global real estate investment heavyweight PATRIZIA to deliver its second workspace in the city - marking its ninth location in Europe, and one that’s shaping up to be one of its most impressive launches yet.

Opening August 2025, the new site lands at Chausseestraße 29 in Mitte, one of Berlin’s most vibrant and culturally rich districts. Spread across five floors and spanning 2,300+ sqm, the space will operate under infinitSpace’s premium beyond brand, bringing 400 workstations to the city’s ever-growing crowd of scaleups, hybrid teams, and forward-thinking businesses.

“Following the early success we’ve seen for our first Berlin workspace, beyond Quartier Heidestrasse, we’re excited to be expanding our presence in this incredible city - and what a place to do it,” said Wybo Wijnbergen, CEO and co-founder of infinitSpace.

He notes, “Not only is Chausseestraße 29 a stunning building, it’s also so incredibly well connected in terms of culture, hospitality and transport. As we kit out the workspace with beyond’s usual high-class design, facilities and community support, we’re confident that members are going to love beyond Chausseestraße".

True to the beyond playbook, the new workspace is built around connectivity and experience. From smart infrastructure to infinitSpace’s proprietary app, members can plug straight into a wider global network. Expect rooftop views, slick communal spaces, and high-spec meeting rooms - all just steps from Naturkundemuseum U-Bahn and surrounded by some of the city’s top food and cultural spots.

“Berlin continues to lead as Germany’s hub for flexible office space,” said Eric Linden Laird Craig, Managing Director at PATRIZIA. “By partnering with a tech-driven operator like infinitSpace, we’re able to deliver a premium, future-proofed workspace at Chausseestraße 29. This partnership aligns with our strategy to generate long-term value for our investors while keeping buildings relevant and appealing to today’s dynamic occupiers.”

Set against the backdrop of Berlin’s rapidly shifting office landscape, the launch of beyond Chausseestraße is a clear signal that infinitSpace’s momentum is only building. Having more than doubled its number of beyond locations across Europe since the start of 2024, the operator shows no signs of slowing down.
