Industrious sets its sights on Fitzrovia
with 15 Fitzroy launch

Hot on the heels of its Chiswell Street debut, global workspace heavyweight Industrious has confirmed its latest London move - 15 Fitzroy. Slated to open this December, the Fitzrovia address brings the operator’s signature blend of hospitality and design-led workspace into the heart of W1. Here’s everything you need to know.

Reimagined by architects Squire and Partners, the site features a 3,000 sq ft atrium lounge with curated event programming, full wellness facilities, and a rooftop terrace - the perfect spot for a quick snack, midday resets, or after-work drinks against the skyline. Inside, members will find 52 private offices, enterprise suites, and fully equipped meeting rooms.

True to the Industrious brand, the experience leans on hospitality. Think daily breakfasts, craft coffee, bi-weekly happy hours, and a dedicated community team keeping things seamless behind the scenes. For enterprise members, there’s the added bonus of custom space planning and white-label branding, making it just as adaptable for a scaling start-up as a global HQ.

Sustainability is also at the core of the design, with the site operating fully electric and holding the industry’s top set of credentials: EPC ‘A’, BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, WiredScore Platinum, and WELL Core Platinum.

Set on Fitzroy Street, the location puts members at the centre of one of London’s most dynamic neighbourhoods. Charlotte Street’s cafés, bars, and restaurants are just around the corner, Oxford Street shopping and Regent’s Park are within walking distance, and Warren Street, Goodge Street, and Tottenham Court Road stations keep the site seamlessly connected across the Northern, Victoria, Central, and Elizabeth lines.
