Gilbanks shares first look at design-led Birmingham offices 

Premium workspace provider Gilbanks has just unveiled the first visuals of its upcoming Birmingham office debut at Five St Philips, offering a detailed look at the design-led environment soon to arrive in the city’s core business district. Here's everything you need to know. 

Following the announcement of its Birmingham expansion earlier this year, the flex operator has now revealed how its 22,000 sq ft workspace on Colmore Row will come to life - showcasing an interior concept that seamlessly combines architectural elegance with high-performance functionality.

More than just a flexible office, the new visuals highlight Gilbanks’ ambition to bring a boutique, design-driven experience to one of Birmingham’s most prominent business addresses. Created in collaboration with ADT Workplace, the concept blends refined materials, calming tones, and hospitality-inspired features to set a new tone for high-end workspace in the city.

Inside, the layout includes a club-style reception, soundproofed video booths, meeting suites, and open collaboration areas. A concierge-level front-of-house service and tailored event hosting reflect Gilbanks’ hospitality-led approach to office management.

The wider building, developed by Royal London, spans 67,000 sq ft and has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating, reflecting a strong focus on sustainability and wellbeing. Gilbanks will also manage communal areas and front-of-house services throughout the building, further extending its service-led model.
