Frameworks ventures south of the river
with Talbot Works
NEWS / 30 OCTOBER 2025
Frameworks is officially crossing the Thames - unveiling Talbot Works, its first SE1 location, just seconds from London Bridge Station and the iconic Borough Market. Perched at 83 Borough High Street, the project marks a bold move for the brand, bringing its signature design-led managed studios to the heart of South London’s commercial scene.
Talbot Works occupies a modern red-brick building beside Talbot Yard - the historic site immortalised in The Canterbury Tales. Inside, the building unfolds into three expansive HQ-style studios, each designed for up to 34 desks, complete with private meeting rooms, kitchens and breakout zones. Opening March 2026 and true to Frameworks form, every workspace is delivered on a fully managed basis.
The interiors combine natural materials, crisp detailing and fluid curves to create a space that feels both crafted and calm. Deep reds, greens and dark woods are layered with clean geometry and soft lighting - a look that’s refined and confident.
Surrounded by some of London’s best restaurants and cafés (with arguably the city’s best cacio e pepe in view), Talbot Works blends design, energy and connectivity in equal measure.
Viewings are officially commencing next week - marking the start of Frameworks’ next chapter - and its first foray south of the river.
