Flex-RE Advisors makes its debut
with Metrus backing

NEWS / 7 OCTOBER 2025

With the flex market booming and demand continuing to climb, Flex-RE Advisors has officially launched - a new consultancy founded by industry heavyweights Simon Eastlake and Colin Becker, and backed by leading advisory firm Metrus. Here's what you need to know.

With over 50 years of combined experience between them - 25 years in flexible workspace operations and 30 years in traditional commercial real estate - the duo bring together an unrivalled blend of operational know-how, leasing expertise, and investment insight.

Simon Eastlake, former Managing Director of Office Space in Town, has spent over two decades building award-winning flex office centres across London and the UK. Renowned for his deep operational knowledge, he brings landlords and investors the practical, on-the-ground guidance needed to drive occupancy and maximise yield.

Colin Becker, Equity Partner at Metrus, is widely regarded as one of London’s most respected commercial advisors. With nearly three decades advising landlords and investors on acquisitions, disposals, and leasing strategy, his client-first approach and sharp commercial acumen have made him a trusted voice across the market.

Together, Simon and Colin spotted a gap: as demand for flexible offices accelerates, landlords, investors, and operators need expert guidance – not just on strategy, but on how to execute operationally and profitably.

Speaking on the launch, Simon Eastlake commented, "Flex is no longer a niche. It's a fundamental part of the modern real estate mix. Our role is to help landlords and investors harness it, intelligently and profitably". Colin Becker added: "We're giving landlords the confidence to play in the flex market without the guesswork," says Becker. "It's about experience, insight, and execution".

With momentum firmly behind the flex sector, the launch of Flex-RE Advisors comes at a pivotal moment. Backed by Metrus and guided by two of the industry’s most respected voices, the firm is set to play a key role in shaping how landlords and investors respond to the future of work.
