Clockwise doubles down in Brussels
with latest Louise site

NEWS / 22 MAY 2025

Clockwise has officially unveiled its latest European opening: The Louise, a centrepiece in the heart of Brussels’ prestigious Louise district at number 149, a zone renowned for its high-end retail and cultural buzz. Spanning two floors and totalling 3,350 sq. m, the space marks the operator's 18th location in the portfolio, as the brand continues to scale its footprint across Europe’s most dynamic business hubs.

Slated to open in Autumn 2025, The Louise will mark Clockwise’s second Brussels location - and arguably its most ambitious yet. It builds on the success of the brand’s 2022 debut in the city, which quickly reached mature occupancy and underscored a growing demand for premium flex space in the Belgian capital.

Fronting the iconic Avenue Louise, the building combines high-impact design, community-focused programming, and the functionality expected of a premium flex space. In keeping with Clockwise’s high-spec fit-outs, the new build will reflect the brand’s signature style - offering a mix of boutique private offices, accommodating 300 desks, breakout areas, and a full suite of meeting rooms.

On top of this, the site also features a host of elevated touches - from landscaped gardens and sunny terraces to a multi-functional auditorium with space for up to 150 guests - ideal for panels, screenings, or company-wide gatherings. A sleek on-site café will serve hot and cold food and drinks throughout the day, while curated event spaces will provide plenty of opportunity to connect with the wider community.

Delivered in collaboration with SODA Studio, Shake Design & Build, and Phicap Group, the project marks a major milestone for the operator – its first independent management agreement with real estate fund PATRIZIA SE. It also signals Clockwise’s intent to deepen its European presence through high-quality, design-led workspace to key European markets.

As flexible working continues to reshape the office landscape, The Louise represents a confident move - not just for Clockwise, but for the evolution of the flex sector in Brussels. With its curated community, elevated design, and fully serviced infrastructure, it offers a compelling new option for businesses seeking agility without compromise.
