CBRE signals regional flex
push with Daniel White’s promotion
NEWS / 26 JANUARY 2026
CBRE is continuing to double down on flex, with Daniel White stepping into an expanded role as Regional Head of Flex Advisory. In this newly broadened position, White will oversee the North of England and Scotland, in addition to his existing remit across the Midlands and South West.
The appointment reflects CBRE’s growing focus on flex services across the UK’s regional markets. White is set to lead the growth and integration of flex advisory services while continuing to maintain a dotted-line reporting relationship with CBRE’s UK flex team in London, which manages the national platform.
John Ogden, Head of UK Regional Markets at CBRE, highlighted the significance of the appointment, commenting: “Daniel has played a pivotal role in strengthening our flex advisory presence. His promotion reflects his leadership and the increasing strategic importance of flex across UK cities.”
CBRE’s flex advisory platform is designed to support clients across three core areas. This includes occupier brokerage for complex corporate transactions, helping businesses navigate increasingly nuanced workspace needs; operator growth, supporting key flex operators as they scale; and landlord advisory, guiding investors as they shape and refine their flex strategies.
As demand for flexible workspace continues to evolve beyond London, White’s expanded role highlights the importance of a joined-up, regional-first approach, positioning CBRE at the forefront of the UK’s flex landscape.
