Boutique sets its sights West with
debut Cheltenham workspace
NEWS / 9 SEPTEMBER 2025

The Boutique Workplace Company is stepping beyond its city roots and heading West with a debut flexible workspace in Cheltenham. Set within an iconic Grade A office building, the site is due to open in March 2026. Here's everything you need to know.
The operator has signed a 10-year management agreement at Jessop House - a landmark Grade A office spanning almost 60,000 sq ft - and will open the first 10,500 sq ft of Boutique-run space in March 2026. The deal, struck with the Property Income Trust for Charities (PITCH), a fund managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers UK, marks a milestone expansion as Boutique broadens its portfolio beyond London, Birmingham and Glasgow.
The new hub will deliver 188 desks across a mix of private offices, meeting rooms and breakout areas, alongside a membership lounge designed to give Gloucestershire and Cotswolds SMEs a hospitality-driven workspace usually reserved for big corporates.

“Jessop House is a fantastic addition to our strong portfolio of workplaces,” said Daniel Wheble, CEO of The Boutique Workplace Company. “we’re aiming to bring a modern, tactile office space, where small businesses can grow, connect and enjoy a hospitality-led office experience which is normally the preserve of large businesses”
For Swiss Life Asset Managers UK, the partnership is about both market differentiation and elevating Cheltenham’s business offer. “Our mutual focus has always been to raise the office experience for small businesses in the Cheltenham and Cotswolds area,” added Simon Martindale, Fund Director. “Partnering with Boutique on our first UK management agreement will allow us to bring something new and unique to Jessop House.”
The Cheltenham debut underscores Boutique’s momentum. With 40+ workplaces already live, and a model blending period character with sleek modern design, Boutique has carved out a reputation for bringing a “big company experience” to the UK’s growing SME base. By locking in its first Western site and eyeing further expansion at Jessop House, Boutique is cementing its presence in Gloucestershire’s flex scene.
