BE Offices stakes its claim in Dublin at
Five George’s Dock

The Irish capital’s office market is gearing up for a bold new era. A leading Irish pension fund has tapped BE Offices to deliver a ground-breaking, multi-tiered flexible workspace at Five George’s Dock – and Dublin’s downtown offices are about to feel the jolt.


Backing the deal is a 10-year management agreement advised by G8 Consult, giving BE Offices the green light to take the reins and unlock the building’s full workspace potential. The partnership positions BE Offices at the heart of Five George’s Dock’s ongoing transformation, uniting traditional leases, serviced offices, and bespoke managed floors under one roof.


Under the agreement, BE Offices will run circa 15,000 sq ft across the ground and first floors, delivering a hospitality-led, multi-layered flexible workspace - set to launch this April. Alongside this, its managed arm, BE.Spoke, will exclusively oversee a further 18,000 sq ft across sections of the third and fourth floors, delivering fully tailored office environments designed for larger corporate teams.

Sitting in Dublin’s former banking quarter, and now a thriving tech hub, Five George’s Dock delivers a future-facing, amenity-led workspace experience. Occupiers will enjoy sweeping reception lounges, concierge services, and barista-quality coffee - all the polish and perks of a five-star hotel, built for the 9-to-5.
